How to Cancel My Order?

  • Cancellation Eligibility:
    Orders that haven't left our fulfillment center can be canceled.
  • Cancellation Process:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Navigate to My Account > Orders > Select Product > Cancel.
    3. If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery and return it via the courier partner.
  • Refund Process:
    A refund will be generated once the product is received at our fulfillment center.

How to Return My Order?

  • Return Eligibility:
    1. Return requests can be raised 24 hours after receipt of the product.
    2. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery from the date of service completion or receipt of your shipment.
  • Return Process:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Navigate to My Account > Orders > Select Product > Return.
    3. Provide product details and the reason for return to help us enhance your shopping experience.
    4. Once processed, our courier partner will pick up the return from your specified address.
  • Confirmation:
    After submitting your return request, a confirmation will be sent via SMS and email.

What Is Your Return Policy?

  • Condition for Returns:
    Returned items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging, including labels, tags, and boxes.
  • Refund Process:
    Refunds are initiated after a quality inspection of the returned product(s). The process may take 5-7 working days after the goods arrive at our fulfillment center.

Can I Return Sale Items?

  • Refund for Discounted Products:
    If a promo code or discount was applied during purchase, refunds will only be for the final amount paid after the discount.
  • Non-Returnable Coupon Code:
    Products bought with a Non-Returnable coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By using such a code, you agree to these terms during checkout.
